The Proposals
Iceni Projects is preparing the full planning and listed building consent application on behalf of the University of London and we have developed this website to share information and gather feedback from the community.
The plans include:
- A flexible ERG room for indoor rowing.
- A new single-storey weights room to relieve pressure on the main gym and resolve structural issues.
- Replacement of the existing external boat racking.
- Overall improvements to the boathouse to support long-term use, including thermal upgrades to the existing fabric.
